Carlisle is one of the most amazing rubs we've ever used on the grill. This seasoning is much like the state of Iowa that contains its namesake. Seemingly simple and straightforward, it demonstrates a surprising complexity and nuance once you experience it. 

Subtle notes of lemon-lime combine with our perfect blend of spices for a seasoning that makes delicious grilled or rotisserie chicken a breeze. Seriously great on the grill. Or add to almond flour for a low-carb fried chicken batter that is out of this world.
