I love frying an egg on fresh grated ginger. This salt has made it so I no longer need to keep ginger on hand for a delicious egg. I've tried sprinkling this salt in the pan then cracking the egg on top and sprinkling this on top of the fried egg after it's done and I don't know which I like better. It's great either way. Try it, you'll like it!

This is one that really adds an amazing note in most Indian cuisines I make. Its not too over powering and pairs amazingly with anything turmeric or even cinnamon. Ginger is one of my favorite things to cook with and this adds the perfect ginger flavor.
